Riding bicycle and climbing mountains to meet and interview fellow survivors!
Sharing our stories to give hope and inspire others.
Sitting at home I often find myself doubting my dreams and listening to other peoples fears. My family just does not understand how important these bicycle rides are to my health and my future. They just don't see my vision.
growing up I dreamed about flying and about living and working in space. As soon as I got a job I took my first paycheck to the airport and went on a discorvy flight. Once I had my hands on the controls I knew I was born to fly. When cancer clipped my wings I was told I would not be able to get my ticket punched so I gave up on flying, I gave up on my dreams, I gave up on everything
I have a new dream, one that gives me hope for the future, one that will give my daughter something to be proud of. My dream is to fly around the world on two wheels. I want to ride my bicycle to all the destinations I see on TV and exotic lands I have only visited in books and dream. I dream about sharing these Epic Rides with my family, to camp with my daughter under the stars on the edge of the Grand Canyon. I want to believe in my dreams even if doubters don't understand, I want to show people like me that they can still have dream and still accomplish greatness.
I dream that my dream will inspire others to believe in their dreams. I believe in the power of dreams.
What is your dream?
One day soon I'll be riding my bike around the world living the dream! Here are some of my favorite monuments while living the dream! Life has been really good to me!
